He was recommended by the piano techs at Cleveland Institute of Music. He spent a long time and made helpful comments on the care of the piano. Unfortunately he put a lamp too close to the piano and melted the finish on the top. He didn't offer to repair the damage or suggest how I might minimize the damage - therefor the ''c'' for professionalism. I'd hire him to tune again but I hesitate because of the damage to the piano.
Description of Work: Tuned an upright from the 1940s and made pitch adjustment on several keys. Spent a -long- time on tuning. Much more than the previous tune done by another technician.
