I had a horrible experience. Joann was absolutely horrific to work with. I want to caution people about using her services. She sold the house that we bought, so she represented the sellers. She participated with the sellers to attempt to sale the house to someone else after we had a signed purchase agreement. This is not only unethical, but unlawful. She proceeded to treat us nasty and told us that they weren't going to sale the house to us. We had to sue her and the sellers, costing us $3000.00 in legal fees, in order to get them to honor the contract that they had signed. It was completely unprofessional across the board. I had called her years ago about a house and she hung up on me for no reason whatsoever, so I knew she wasn't very courteous. She was just a horrible realtor. I completely stand by everything I said and she knows it and there is a legal record to back it up.
