I live in a suburb of Cleveland and recently we had a snow storm and freezing temperatures. I had a water pipe burst and called John to come out and fix the pipe. He repaired the pipe and when we turned the water back on, another pipe burst. He repaired the other pipe as well. While he was fixing the other pipe, I called the water company to come shut the water main off. I was very impressed that he put a newer valve on the water main. I also appreciated that he didn't try to up sell me any unwanted products. He was very easy to talk to, knew his business, and was very clean. I was very impressed.

THEY CHARGE $60 PER HOUR. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY POLITE. VERY THOROUGH. VERY COMFORTING TO HAVE AROUND.DID GOOD CLEAN UP.
