"This client was given as seasonal mowing estimate as all of our clients are given. We do not charge more in when the grass is tall, wet or needs to be cut twice in the same visit therefore we do not give a rebate when the lawn does not have to be mowed. We still show up every week and do what we can. We try to return all calls within 24 hours but unfortunately we do fall short of this especially in the busiest months of the year. We struggle with this still and are trying to improve on it. We have a renewal rate of 90% + every season. Sometimes we are just not a good fit for a client and sometimes a client is not a good fit for us."
