Her husband is a contractor. They have been in business for a long time and they are fantastic. There was nothing I disliked. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She has been in the real estate and construction business since knee high. She gets the job done and I don't have to deal with anything extraneous. I would definitely use her again.

Did end up purchasing a home with this realtor. She is good at identifying properties to show, assessing neighborhoods, interior design flaws, returning phone calls. I found realtor to not be aggressive enough with seller's realtors and not as creative as she should have been at solving problems through inspection and closing. She delegated the task of key delivery after closing to the seller's agent office front desk clerk.
