GEORGE CLEMENS CLASSIC ARCHT

After several meetings with us George came up with some rough drawings, and after further meetings prepared architectural drawings. He suggested a contractor, who we interviewed and decided to retain. George got the drawings approved by our City and then oversaw the construction under a modified American Association of Architects contract. George spent the time to find out what we wanted and then develop a concept to deliver it. His design and the drawings were very creative and functional. The final product exceeded our expectations and did the final product after the construction. George had the drawings approved by the Architectural Board of Review on the first try. Being inexperienced in construction we elected to have George do the oversight. He answered all our questions as the work progressed and followed up with the contractor on any concerns we had. The interim billings became confusing, but George took the time to sit down with me and make sure that I understood what was being charged and what should be paid. The project finished on time, and we were very satisfied with the final product. As we began to move in our furniture and live in the new space, the excellence of Georges design really emerged for us. This project was overwhelming for us. We will not undertake anything like this again. But if we did, George would be our first call.
