 + -1 moreI like Doug very much. He did an excellent job for us. He even took us out of his area to expand his search. I hired him as a buyer's agent, so he was very candid about possible problems and things to watch our for. He always followed up. He was very prompt at that. He would write everything down in his book and would really keep track of things. He would come up with other things from other disclosures that I wasn't really aware that were very helpful. I just feel very positively about him and I am absolutely sure that he will find me exactly what I want. So far, I have not had to pay a dime.
Description of Work: I worked with this company trying to find a new house in the $200,000 price range. So far we haven't found a house. I did put the search on hold for awhile, but I am ready to get started with this company again. The agent I was dealing with was Doug McIntosh.
