BRUCE'S SEPTIC SERVICE

I used Bruce’s Septic Service since 1999 up until last year, even when Bill began working with a younger man preparing to take over his business. They both were honest, reliable, professional and did a good job. I used them up until the time I moved less than a year ago. I highly recommend them.

I called Bill on a Monday morning and he had his people out in the afternoon. They gave me a fair estimate and then kept me up-to-date through the afternoon. After they solved the problem they provided me with tips on maintaining the system to avoid future problems. I appreciated their responsiveness and the frequent updates.

We had previously arranged to meet a septic cleaning company at our rental property (about 32 miles one-way from our home) at 8:00am. We arrived at 7:30 and waited until 9:00am. and when the company had not arrived, we called them, The company said they would be unable to make it that day due to a personnel shortage. We immediately searched the phone book and contacted Bill Shannon at Bruce s Septic Service. We asked him if it was possible to clean our tanks that same day as we did not want to make the 64 mile round-trip again. Bill called back about noon and said he had rearranged his schedule and would be there in thirty minutes. He arrived in twenty minutes spent the next 2.5 hours cleaning the tanks and explaining septic maintenance. He completed the work by recommending that we replace the existing tank cover with a riser (which we did see photos). A riser would bring the tank opening to ground level and not require removing 12 of soil as we had to do with our old cover. We were very, very pleased with the price and the service and would recommend Bill Shannon and Bruce s Septic Service.

Came out and spent great deal of time explaining septic systems and how they function and need to be maintained. Friendly, prompt and courteous. Very personable and helpful. Responded quickly to repair pump.
