Fantastic! He really knows what he is doing, and is a pleasure to deal with. This was much better than dealing with less personalized services like PC on Call, which solve the problem you hired them for but don't go above and beyond. Jeff thinks about your needs and how you use your computer, and really has a lot to offer. I am sure I will call him the next time I have a problem.
