Excellent. Dogs were happy clean and had a lot of play time. I would use their services again.

We lost our beloved 13-year-old schnauzer because we took her to All About Dogs. She was bitten in the morning during day care. They did not call us so we could get her immediate vet attention and did not mention it when my husband picked her up after work that evening. He asked what had happened to her head (four puncture wounds). They then had to watch video to find out (a beagle became annoyed by her barking and bit her). The bite became infected; she quit eating and drinking; her kidneys shut down and she DIED. AAD manager and owner were condescending to us, took no accountability for what happened and hid behind their disclaimer. We lost our precious dog; have $4,000 in emergency vet/hospitalization bills; and have never received anything close to an apology. Beware - the dogs in their care are not well supervised and if anything happens, you're on your own. The mark of a good business is how they respond to an adverse situation. This business flunks, big time.

It's a wonderful. My dog is happy when she goes and exhausted when she comes home. They give you a report card when your dog comes home that summarizes your dog’s day. They are very organized. I know that when my dog is there, that my dog is well taken care of. They best doggy day care experience I have had and I have used quite a few services.

Our elderly dog recently developed some health problems which required her to be let out a couple of times a day while we were at work. Finding All About Dogs and their Potty Break service was a tremendous relief. The folks are great. (Shout out to Brittany!) They come to the house, let her out, spend some time with her, and leave detailed notes describing when they came, how long they were there, what they did, and how our dog was feeling/acting. If there's an issue/problem (recently, the dog vomited between her morning and afternoon let out), they call right away and let us know what's going on (even cleaned it up). Brittany even called that evening to check in on her. Knowing that they're coming to let the dog out/check in on her has really given us some piece of mind and allowed us to provide a better quality of life for our dog as she goes through a pretty rough time.

It went beautifully. We were a little hesitant, as we usually have a sitter come stay at our home with the dogs, but after touring the facility, decided to give it a try. We are very pleased, the dogs were just fine and we are so happy with the attention they receive and the reports we get. Definitely will be a return customer.

My dog initially was timid. Tim and the girls worked to socialize him. He cannot wait to go there! I never thought that I would be one to take my dog to day care-but I see that he gets exercise and excellent care so I don't have to worry about him. They offer half day or full day care, also a full array of services from grooming to self serve bathtubs to overnight stay to training and lots more! They even picked him up at the house for me as a special request. I couldn't be happier!
