They have always been nice.
They were more than happy to schedule my service and ensure that it coincided with a loaner vehicle (more on that later). I had a feeling this would be a different experience, as they immediately took to calling my '98 323ic and quot;sheand quot; instead of it. A small thing, but it showed that they understood that I have invested in keeping my car in good shape.
Upon arrival, I dropped my car off in the dry arrival area (it was raining outside), and while were getting the paperwork ready, they had already completed a complimentary alignment check (mine was good - I hadn't even requested this). Brett (an outstanding Service Representative) also mentioned a 15% discount for owners of BMW's at least 10 yrs old (no second-class citizenry here!). He was busy getting my X1 loaner ready when I asked how the new 5-series hybrids were working out (I saw one out the window). His response: Would you rather have that as the loaner? Outstanding. I ended up driving the loaner 2 days, as they had to order a part to fix my squeaky steering wheel - not a problem, although I have to say that I would have been OK if they had taken an extra day to get the part in (usually took about a week to get parts in FL)!! Brett kept me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle through both email and phone calls.
Although a little pricier, as you would expect when getting service done at the dealership, Voss clearly understands how to build customer loyalty and the end-to-end luxury car experience, not to mention the 2-day test drive (I think I know what my next Bimmer's going to be!). Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended!
