SR Restoration and Remodeling

I paid half up front. Sterling was very nice but would never show when he said he would. He finished some of the remodel in the main bathroom to include installing a vanity and sink, paint, and installing a travertine floor tile. The paint left bubbles on the wall and required many touch ups to fix. Some I had to do myself. The travertine was not put done level. One tile cracked and another one rocks. He said this was his specialty. He took a very long time to install the plumbing one night and left without saying goodbye and was never seen again. We were left without a working sink because he had already started taking the other sink apart. I have no proof, but we think drugs may have been a problem for him. Hire at your our risk.

The day I discovered Sterling I knew right away I could breathe a sigh of relief. He was recommended to me by a very saavy, trustworthy cleaning lady. When Sterling arrived the first day, I took him around, showing him all the problem areas. He kept saying, "Sure, I can do that.". And he could, and he did - promptly, courteously, even enthusiastically. He communicated very well. He discussed it all with me beforehand, then was able to work independently.He implemented my suggestions very well, and came up with some of his own, He never showed the least bit of irritation or impatience . In fact, he was a pleasure to have in the house. Trust me: he'll get things done with a smile on his face. 've been a homeowner for 36 years; and I've never had a repair and renovation person I was as impressed with as Sterling.

Sterling was great! I was in the process of fixing my old property, at the time, to sell in the real estate market. I hired another crew earlier in the year, and they pretty much left me high-n-dry (and bleed my dry in the wallet on top of that); but Sterling came through to the rescue!!! Every problem/issue left by the previous contractor was fixed by Sterling. This guy and his team are the real deal! Sterling was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and took proud in making sure all my issues were fixed at a great and reasonable price! After the job was complete, I immediately told him that ?he?s my guy!? for my future home-improvement need! He has my trust!

Another great experience with SR Restoration and Remodeling! Sterling worked with me to find the absolute best price on shoe-molding per foot. He installed the molding in a timely fashion, and the work looked great! I was very, very happy with his price and his work!! Many thanks again!!
