I had mixed feelings about them. I've had good experiences with them before, I just don't understand how the mother board can break and not be replaceable and I have to end up buying a new machine. It was a little strange experience, there is just a little doubt in my brain. I've never had any issues with them before, they're overall a good company and I think it was just strange that the machine was completely broken. I actually did go back and I bought a new machine from them and I have no issues with the machine, they were very helpful to me at that time. It was so far, so good. The overall experience was frustrating, I think they are better at selling machines than they are at fixing machines. Their price was reasonable and they talked to me about it but they said they couldn't fix it. They were also professional. I would use them again in the future for buying a machine but not fixing a machine.
