Meet The Mark Ryan Group We feel that in order to have a successful real estate transaction it is simply not possible for one agent to do it alone. With that being said we have created one of the most successful real estate teams in the Dayton area to service you. Each member of our team will play an important role in your transaction and you will find their job descriptions and contact information below so you know who to call about any question you have about your homes sale or marketing. Mark has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience that he brings to the Dayton Ohio real estate market. Laura adds another 10 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. Mark earned his marketing degree from Bowling Green State University and continued on in the MBA degree program. Laura earned her marketing degree from the State College of New York. Mark and Laura began their careers in Dayton Ohio real estate in 2002 as loan officers. Laura went on to manage the office and oversee the production of over 50 mortgage loans per month. In 2003 Mark went on to earn his real estate sales license and expanded their business in Dayton Ohio real estate to the purchase and sale of Dayton area homes. The Mark Ryan Group was incorporated in January of 2006 allowing Mark and Laura to expand their business in the Dayton Ohio real estate market. As the demands of the Dayton Ohio real estate market grew the Mark Ryan Group grew as well. The team we have assembled is ideal to serve all the needs of anyone in the Dayton Ohio area needing to buy, sell , or finance a home. Mark Ryan is the team leader and coordinates all the marketing activities for the team; Internet, print, direct mail, video, everything. Mark also focuses his energy in working with home sellers and locating buyers for their homes. Laura Ryan is the “glue that holds it all together”, the Overseer of Order… Laura coordinates the implementation of the marketing, as well as, overseeing client care.
