Maximum General Contractors

They did not honor their warranty as represented. I'm really upset with them, they would not even return my phone calls. I had several leaks and had to call other people to fix it, because they would not do it. With their attitude, they should go out of business.

We suffered roof damage during an ice storm in on or around February 2, 2011. Our insurance, State Farm, only wanted to pay for half a roof. This was unacceptable, so we contacted Maximum and were told that they have worked with State Farm and would get a new adjuster and work to get the insurance to pay for the entire roof. We faxed info to Sean McCartney at Maximum and had several conversations. He assured us this was a normal and once he submitted a new estimate for State Farm, they would more than likely settle the claim. We have gone back and forth with Sean, and the last he told us was that he would send someone out to take some more pictures and the ball would be rolling. That was 3 or more weeks ago. He has stopped returning our calls. So, in a nutshell, we have had this roof damage for over 2 months now and this Sean at Maximum has set us back that far just in promising to do work he did not complete and out and out lying to us about sending someone out to take more pictures and working with State Farm. Now we have to start all over again.
