Johnson Restoration

Overall I HIGHLY recommend Johnson Restoration for roofing. Initial inspection: Michael Johnson spent about 1 ½ hours on-site examining my roof and discussing with me several reasons why it should be replaced. Meeting with insurance adjuster: Michael returned to show the insurance adjuster the issues. Communicating with the insurance company: Initially the insurance company only approved a partial replacement. Michael continued researching codes which supported replacing the entire roof (including decking). His diligence and professionalism convinced the insurance company to agree to a full replacement. Roof replacement: The crew worked extraordinarily **** ** a 90+ degree day while still being prompt and courteous. They were efficient in correcting the few minor deficiencies seen during the final walk around. The new roof looks amazing! Care w/ landscaping: During set-up the crew employed several screens to shield landscaping from damage. Because of this and the extra care the crew gave while navigating the flower beds, which includes several flimsy Sunpatiens and dwarf hydrangea bushes, only a few of blooms were found broken. Astonishing! Clean-up: Clean-up was very thorough.

I can't say enough good things about Andy Johnson and his crew. Andy was great to work with and he went above and beyond to work with our insurance company, the realtors and others to ensure that we could get the work done quickly and done right to ensure we could close on our house in time. We have a complicated and steeply pitched roof, but Andy quoted a fair price and was able to complete the job on time with no surprise expenses. His crew was punctual and cleaned up after themselves every day. In addition to the roof, Johnson Restoration also replaced a section of cedar siding and painted it to match the rest of the house. Andy also was able to complete some of the minor jobs that also came up in the home inspection such as replacement of window seals that had deteriorated over time.
