Dragon Restoration

Description of Work: Was supposed to restore basement, instead dropped off a bunch if machines, never came to check on them, made excuses why they couldn't come out and tricked me into signing a paper saying "I was happy with their services" by putting the paper underneath of the paper I signed. Harrased my 80 year old grandmother for payment within one week of my basement flooding. Treated to put a lein and went to law enforcement stating I stole their money!! They stole my money, they didn't pull up any tile charged me for multiple machines with I told them I did not need and wanted them picked up. That's why she called to say the 2nd day they couldn't make it they had another call and the next day they couldn't make it because they had their granddaughter. This place is a SCAM pure rip off!! Do not hire these ppl, they will seem nice at first but all they care about is you bothering your insurance company for payment not even a week into it! She harrased my grandmother, demanded I pay with certified check because my check wasnt good enough for her. I am at loss of 2.687.00 due to 5 fans I didn't use a dehumidifier that I only needed for a day, and EXPIRED MICROBAN that made me and my husband sick due to their neglect. Don't do it!! You'd be better off using your own fans!! They are scam artists and only care about taking advantage of ppl that they believe are "stupid"
