Fencing Service, Deck and Porch Service
Company was contracted to build a deck, and stated 3 weeks to completion. Did not apply for permit for 8 weeks, then wanted to charge additional for architect plans. I asked for the contract to be cancelled and he agreed in writing to a full refund of the deposit. However, it took 3 months to get the refund.
