Great company, honest people that go the extra mile to make things are done properly and in a timely manner.  Excellent work and great communication.  Would have no hesitation in hiring them again.

Arrived within the time window as stated. Ron and associate cleaned chimney and checked cap. After cleaning ran video camera to inspect the clay tile flue then did a though clean up. Very matter of fact and professional I couldn't ask for more. Liked the fact he let me watch as the camera was checking the flue. Overall I could not ask or expect more than was given.

Ron was recommended by my Realtor to complete a chimney inspection of a wood burning fireplace.  Completed the inspection on time, did not go onto roof.  Closing on house went pending impart due to non-receipt of this report.  Several un-returned calls requesting the written report were made by myself and the Realtor.  When the report did arrive, there was no recognition of being late.

Overall experience was disappointing.

I will likely have another contractor re-evaluate the work should we make this purchase to verify these results found by Ron.

Showed up late.  Did not ask questions to understand what I needed.  Did not go on the roof.   I paid the $85 because I contracted then.  Voiced my displeasure and they did not even offer to discount the bill.  I may have been having a bad day but they made it worst.
