It went very good. Very pleased, really like the look of the fence as well as the craftsmanship they put into it. Really appreciated that it only took them 3 days to put in and it was a large fence, over 450 feet of fencing. The people that installed the fence were very respectful, professional and timely. They did exactly what they told us they were going to do.

I am very pleased with the outstanding work that Percheron Builders did.   The workmanship is outstanding and the company responded to every question and request that I had.  They worked for over 2 weeks to complete the job and cleaned up all waste.   I will be using them again in the future to fence other pastures.

He was very knowledgeable about the type of fencing we were in the market for. He was very courteous, up front and patient.   He also educated me on some areas of the fencing industry that I didn’t know about.   The price was very competitive and we will most likely go forward with the work because of the salesman.

They did a good job. It was great, they did it fast and they did it on time and they did it in the price they said they would. It's just one of those split rail fences but they put in concrete so I shouldn't have any problem with it and even after 3 years, it's only now that is starting to gray so I think it was a pretty good deal.

They were excellent. They were a little pricy but the quality was just extraordinarily excellent. They are reliable. They finished on time. I think the quality was way over the top. They are good.

I called and spoke to Doug, Percheron Builders, on re-roofing our 25 year old pole barn and replacing the old wore out shingle roof with a new metal roof.  Doug called me right back and being the company that built the pole barn 25 years ago, he was able to give me a quote within an hour.  Then One hour later I had a contract and a start date one week later.
The day before the  installation Percheron Builders showed up to do a little prep work and to accept the shipment of material.  The next day, 3 worker showed up on time and introduced themselves and started right to work.  The whole time those workers were friendly and very professional.  They kept t the job site clean and very organized and that one day they almost finished the installation of the metal roof, except the rain came in the late afternoon and it became to dangerous to be on the roof.
The following day the installation crew showed up at the time, they told me and started right to work.  They completed the job, cleaned the site and several times ran over the site with a rolling magnet to make sure nothing was left behind.
What a pleasure it is to hire such a great company that does what they say they are going to do, put quality material on our building at a good price, show up on time and are friendly and very professional.

The craftsmanship is excellent.  I could not be more pleased.  It turned out better than I expected.  The only problems I experienced were a lack of communication with the office on the start date, and, being charged $560 to put a temporary stall together.  It only took 3.5 hrs, that's about $160 and hour.  I would have done the stall myself, but we were in a crunch date with the horse delivery.  Overall, it was beautifully done, very solid.  Should last for years!!

Selected and interviewed three companies from the list. This builder was right in line with the pricing of all three but was the clearest about the details of the contract. I also had a personal recommendation about this builder since they built a garage for my daughter. They began the job on time. Performed exactly as detailed in the contract. And they cleaned up after themselves. This was a three day job. They built the gates on site so that they would fit and work perfectly. I have confidence this fence will last a long time. I would not hesitate to use this builder in the future.

Contractor from h***. Delays, dishonest, kept my downpayment...I filed lien but company does not answer phone. Im not a nut. These guys are bad and have liens filed all over the place with everything from materials providers to customers. Truly one of the worse experiences in the use of a contractor in my life.

Excellent job; the fence is beautiful and receives compliments from my neighbors. It is built exactly as promised, to high standards. I liked the fact that Percheron drives the 6 inch posts into the ground, rather than cementing posts in holes. I think it is stronger. The wood is superior, full inch thick and full 6 inches wide. Hardware is heavy duty and installed carefully to assure excellent gate operation. I couldn't have been happier with the installation and the care the workmen took to prevent damage to my lawn. The estimate was slow in coming, but overall worth waiting for. Price was lowest bid against three top rated Angie's List companies.
