He had put the work off as others wanted to retire off of his little job. Professional skills,work ethic, reliability, politiness, and fair pricing seperates Brad from all the rest I have contacted. I have used Brad in the past and will use him on future projects, especially a remoldeling that is in the offing. My neighbor feels the same about the quality of Brad and his company.

Brad at Orndorf Construction is outstanding. He and his team have completed two large renovation projects on our Clintonville home. Our most recent project was a front porch addition that has totally changed the curb appeal of our home. Brad is great to work with from the design, the construction, and complete follow through on the finishing touches. Throughout the process, Brad is quick to help resolve problems and very attentive to our questions and concerns.

Brad Orndorf, owner, met me at the house based on a phone call after a friend recommended talking to Brad. Although it was a small job, Brad said he would look at it and advise how best to make the repairs and give me an estimate. After getting other bids, I went with Ohrdorf and was very pleased that I did. His initiatives and advice saved us big dollars as he suggested ways to do the job less expensively at our first meeting. He did part of the job in the fall as I wanted to see how it would hold up after a winter, and I called him back to do the remaining work in the Spring. He had no problem with this unusual request.

His work was most professional from all aspects. He can be trusted to do what he says he will do. I was not able to be present for all the work, but what I saw was a pleasure to watch. I am now looking for other projects he can tackle, like remoldeling the kitchen and perhaps put a door and deck off of a bedroom. This is a quality small construction company that can do old world craftsman quality work on small and large jobs. This is the reliable company homeowners and landlords have been looking for.

They provide all types of remodeling services and new construction (from designs and architectural services to additions and remodels, both inside and out). They provided excellent quality of work at a very competitive price. They offered suggestions along the way to help cut costs. They also demonstrated excellent craftsmanship. Overall, they are an extremely honest and reliable company. They show up when promised and complete the work as specified. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not getting a bid from this company.
