Greg gave me the best price, as well as refunding me a few hundred dollars at the end because he could use some of the existing instead of replacing it. He was prompt, courteous, and obviously knows his job and the products that he sells. He is good enough that he is an instructor at Knox Career Center in Mt Vernon, teaching HVAC to students.

My air conditioner was not cooling, apparently due to low Freon. Though it was a very hot spell, Greg returned my call the same evening and arranged to come the next day. My wife is caring for my elderly mother-in-law at home, so the air conditioning is essential. He said that he would be able to come the next day before noon, as he had other appointments not far way that day. He arrived as scheduled and added the Freon and got the a/c working correctly. He also did a quick once-over on the rest of the system. Seeing that everything was in order he reassured my wife and recommended to her that we do a filter change. Before I was an Angie's List member, he had helped us with our a/c unit, and this is why I came back to him. Greg has come through for us when we have needed his help. I recommend him to anyone. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The personable crew arrived with the new unit on the appointed day and completed the job the same day. They informed us of rebates that would apply to this job (both tax credits and rebates from our electric provider) which was extremely informative and helpful. They worked efficiently and were knowledgeable about the state-of-the-art thermostat which was also installed. They left the furnace room and all work areas immaculate taking the old furnace with them so we had no "left over stuff" to dispose of on our own. I love the cool comfort and the quiet new unit! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is even considering a geo thermal system!
