It went great! There was some delay due to COVID-19 work restrictions, but that was expected. The work itself went fantastic. Excellent cleanup. Great family team. Mr. Hardwick’s tree expertise gave me lower cost options for the work I wanted done.

I called and explained what had happened to the tree roots, asking if it would create permanent problems for the trees. He had me email pics of the roots and discussed possible injections. He called me back the next evening advising that the roots would be fine and they didn't need injections. He was thorough, professional and provided a prompt response.

Our entire family gathered around a back window to watch
Darius Hadwick and his son take down a large tree of ours which was being
ruined by that nasty ash borer.  Watching
Darius work was enthralling: the planning and preparation, the physics, and the
ropes which went into this task of felling our large ash tree was
incredible.  Darius plotted his every
move wisely, showing his high level of competence in this area.

Darius Hardwick is such a smiling, pleasant, positive person
to be around, and apparently he always brings at least one of his sons
along.  Darius is obviously as interested
in training his sons to be caring, quality craftsmen as he is in doing a great
job himself.

We are 100% satisfied with Hardwick Tree Care, LLC, and
would recommend them to 100% of our friends in 
central Ohio.

Darius and his sons were very personable, courteous, and professional.  They did a great job in a timely manner at a fair price.  I received quotes from fly by night companies at over twice the cost.  I would highly recommend their services!  First class business!
