DLG Plumbing is fantastic !! On two separate occasions, I had to deal with a clogged sink and needed to replace a toilet. They are quick and efficient. No hassle, no fuss, they get the job done! Great guys, very honest, very reasonable.

Technician arrived within the time scheduled. He troubleshooted several areas and determined the bypass valve was the problem. He consulted with WaterBoss customer service and confirmed the issue and what the cost would be for the new part.The technician provided a couple of options: installing a new valve on the current unit or installing a new unit. Given the age of the softener, I needed some time to decide what to do (either way the technician would have to make another trip). The technician did try to re-position the valve before he left. What I discovered afterwards is that his "fix" worked! It's been several months now and the unit is still working properly.

I was extremely happy with my experience with DLG plumbing. They were quick to respond even for such a small job and completed the work very quickly. I had used them a couple of years ago to install a garbage disposal and dishwasher and to repair a washing machine leak and was happy with their service that time also. I would definitely call them again.

My experience with them was very positive. I suggested several solutions that other plumbers were not able to do. They did it quickly and very efficiently. They did it for a reasonable cost.
