AMERI-SERVICE REPAIRS

My experience with this company started off positive. Mr. Tucker was sent out via our home warranty, showed up to my house and was knowledgeable as to my broken dishwasher and possible problems. He even stated that the problem should have been caught by the first person that was sent out, but it was not. He said that he had to turn up our water temp to ensure that the dishwasher soap gets activated (this is true, water temp has to be at least 120). This made the dishwasher better, but was still having problems. He told us he would call back on Monday, after the water temp went up to check on it. He finally called Wednesday and said he would call the home warranty to see if they will approve him ordering the new part. I did not hear from him until more than a week later. When he did finally call back, I told him I had started calling other companies to get quotes, as I had not heard from him. He said that the part had to be ordered and that is what took so long. I said I wish he would have called me to let me know this so I would know what to expect, and he told me he was going to send the part back and not work with me. He did some repairs, but even told the home warranty people he was not going to work with me because we "got into it."
