replacement windows
 + -1 moreTook out the old windows and set the new windows in without repairing any of the wood. Said he had a roofing job that had to get done and that he would be back in a week, never seen or heard from him again.
Description of Work: Paid 1/2 of it up front, put in 2 windows upstairs and was suppose to repair rotted wood frame around the windows.
