General Remodeling
The toilet ended up leaking into my basement because of the bad installation. The value of the upstairs shower was stripped so it cannot be tightened. Everything that was done was either worse or the same after the repairs were done. When I asked him to file a claim with his insurance he advised me he couldn't file another claim because his insurance would drop him. That was not part of the agreement. He told me that he was insurance and his work was guaranteed. We both signed a legal contract. I filed a judgement with the civil division for all the damage, court costs, and costs toward repairs. I was awarded $2000 at a 3% rate for the additional repair costs. He never appeared at any of the proceedings.
