Avalon saved our bacon in a very big way. We had called another service provider who said our entire unit was obsolete and had to be replaced at a cost of $6500. Our house was sold and due to close in 1 week. It had passed the inspection too. We called Avalon for a second opinion and we are so glad we did. These gentlemen serviced our unit the next day, found it in perfect working order and told us it was not yet obsolete and could be serviced for several years. I can't tell you how glad we were to hear this news. The other provider never called us back, thank goodness. And thank you Avalon once again. Wish more people in Carroll County, Ohio could hear about this great service.
