I would not ever recommend this shop to anyone and found Mr Wise to be a very dishonest man

We have dune buggy that was in for repair twice for the same issue in December.  Both times I paid a repair bills over $300.  Now it has been in their shop for over a month.  I have to keep calling and don't get my calls returned.  I finally talked to the owner today because I called twice and waited on hold, and he wants another $1600 to fix it.  When I told him I didn't want to fix it, he still wants to charge ANOTHER check out fee.  And he is rude and unprofessional.

Our Tiger Cub broke and I had called a mower repair person on Angie's List for help. After a couple days of phone tag and no response, our grass was ankle high. When I finally got in touch with the mower repair person, he couldn't get out for a week. Our grass was now calf high. I was panicking so I reached for the phone book and called Wise Auto Repair in hopes that they also worked on mowers. Imagine how high I jumped when they said yes! The work was outstanding. Andrew Wise, the owner, was quick, courteous and efficient. He came to our house and picked up the mower for us, took it to his shop for repairs, and brought it back. The turn-around time was just a couple of days and that included ordering the parts. Additionally, the mower came back to us completely CLEANED! They cleaned all the grass and mud off the mower before they brought it back! We didn't even ask them to do this for us! We now have a new best friend for mower repairs.

We just moved to the Carroll area, when our car went on the fritz. Luckily, I found Wise Auto Care! Andy was a gem! The AC compressor on our CRV went out on the hottest day of the summer. He got it right in and started the work. Unfortunately, the type of compressor it needed was not available, so Andy searched the internet and found a compressor in New Jersey. Then when that one didn't pan out, he searched again and found a compressor in Nebraska, which he had rushed to his shop, so we could get our car back ASAP. Additionally, Andy replaced three of our four tires and repaired our O2 sensor, that had been bad for months. Andy's shop is a family-run business and all the employees are friendly, helpful and prompt. He called us frequently with updates on our parts and worked quickly. I was extremely happy with all of Andy's work and am glad, that I found a local mechanic that I can trust!!!
