Response to my initial call was immediate and I was given an estimate the following day. I accepted the bid that day and work started the next day. Edmond and his partner were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and explained every step of the process. Very good experience. Job well done.
Description of Work: I had mold in several places on the block wall of my unfinished basement that I needed removed. The walls were scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned. An air scrubber/fan dried the walls and cleaned the air. The walls were then sealed and painted.

Workers were professional and covered off with me everything they were doing. The extra step is when a baseboard was removed, the baseboard and wall was marked so it would be easier and efficient when replaced. My cost was the $1000 insurance deductible, the remaining cost (About $800+) billed directly to the insurance company. Also the insurance company recommended ServPro and did the initial contact. Drying took 3 days with large blowers and dehumidifiers.
Description of Work: Had my water heater fail while away on vacation, returned to a wet basement. ServPro of Fairfield Cty, came within 24 hours of contacting them and started to work moving items, removing wet carpet pad, baseboards, etc. treat for any mold, etc, Drying of carpet and basement overall.
