They hardly ever actually pick it up on the day that they are supposed to. If you call them to complain they say they will send someone out as soon as possible. What that means is they will send someone out within 4 days if at all.

We went with them originally to save money. We were able to use own trash can and they are very good about not letting trash spill into the street.

They are local, and we have never really had a problem with them. They are here every Wednesday. The only complaint we have about them is that they sometimes show up at 7 am and sometimes at 1 pm. There have been times when I have driven to work and then called my wife back to say that I had forgotten to take the garbage out; if she were to drag it down at like 8:30 in the morning, it would turn out that they have already come by. Likewise, there have been other times when I have come home from work and realized that they have not collected the garbage yet; just looking into my neighbor’s dumpster would prove that. They always do a good job. They take everything and put it out there, but again every once in a while, I am not sure if they are going to show up early in the morning or late in the afternoon. I don’t really have any interaction with them at all, so I don’t know how their professionalism is. We pay about $25 a month. We pay them in 3-month chunks; so maybe about $80 in 3 months. I guess it is a pretty reasonable price. I have not shopped around too much nor have I spoken much about our garbage collection with the neighbors or other people. If the price was terribly ridiculous, my wife would have probably found somebody else. I would continue to use them in the future.

If I have a lot of yard waste, some of it will be in plastic barrels and some in paper bags. Even though the barrels are marked with the yellow "yard waste" stickers, they've neglected a couple of times recently to empty the barrels. I called about it the second time and was told they'd be back either that evening or the next day. After 2 days they still had not returned, so I called again. The person who I spoke to, Steve, who said he was a supervisor, was extremely rude. When he asked for my street, I spelled it for him, as there is another street in the same city with a name that sounds almost the same. He nastily told me "I can spell". They finally came back and got the rest of the yard waste. There was no apology for missing us or for not following through after the first call. If you happen to be outside and watch them to make sure they take everything, they get an attitude and make comments such as "Oh, you're watching me huh?"

They have never failed to empty the tote. My tote is left on the side of the driveway, not blocking ingress or egress. The lid is ALWAYS closed, not allowing rain or snow to accumulate. I have the same pickup person each week and there is NEVER trash or debris left around the receptacle. I am extremely pleased with this company. I compliment their service when I remit my quarterly payment. If their cost is higher than other services in the area - it's worth it. I see so many other company totes laying in water or in the grass on the side of the road.

TRASH COLLECTION SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT. WE HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE TRASH CAN AND FIND OUT WHY OUR TRASH WAS NOT PICKED UP.

RECENTLY BROKE TWO TRASH CANS. CALLED COMPANY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A RETURN CALL THE NEXT DAY. THEY NEVER RETURNED THE CALL BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER, ARGUED THEY MUST HAVE RETURNED THE CALL BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE NOTES. CLAIMED ONE CAN WAS OVERWEIGHT CAUSING IT TO BREAK AND SAID OTHER CAN (WHICH WAS BRAND NEW)WAS NOT BROKEN BY THEM. MORE INTERESTED IN ARGUING AND EXPLAINING HOW GOOD THEIR COMPANY SUPPOSEDLY WAS RATHER THAN PROVIDING ANYTHING CLOSE TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAID OWNER WOULD CALL THE NEXT DAY, WHICH HE NEVER DID.
