WE USED BRETT BEFORE FOR WALLPAPER REMOVAL AND PAINTING WHEN WE FIRST MOVED INTO OUR HOUSE IN VERY EARLY 2004. IT'S ONLY HIM - NO OVERHEAD AND HE DOESN'T ADVERTISE FROM WHAT WE CAN TELL. (HE WAS REFERRED TO US BY THE PERSON WHO DID OUR HOUSE INSPECTION.) HIS HOURLY RATE (IF I RECALL) IS A *VERY* REASONABLE $25 (OR $30) AN HOUR. WE PLAN TO USE HIM AGAIN FOR OTHER JOBS AROUND THE HOUSE (HE ALSO DOES 'ODD JOBS' LIKE DOOR INSTALLATION, ETC., ALTHOUGH I DON'T KNOW IF HIS HOURLY RATE WOULD BE DIFFERENT FOR THAT OR IF HE WOULD SIMPLY CHARGE BY THE JOB). ONE THING WE REALLY LIKE ABOUT HIM IS THAT HE WORKS STRAIGHT THROUGH - WHEN YOU PAY HIM HOURLY, YOU GET EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF HIS WORK WHEN HE IS IN YOUR HOUSE. NICE GUY TO BOOT!
