I have used them for painting jobs inside as well.  They did a good job.  They cleaned up well.  They were courteous and they are on time.  They gave me three different options and they were all very reasonable.  It allowed me to choose how much I wanted to invest on the doors.

The two young men did a fine job. The room's look great, exactly as we invisioned them.Although the price is a bit high, the quality is there!

Their quality was very good. They are easy to work with. Our builder had recommended them and we have always been pleased with the work that they have done.

It went perfectly.  The crew cleaned up after themselves every day and did a great job.  Mr. Spires made excellent recommendations for cedar board replacements, as well. 

This is a great contractor. The painters showed up on time and continued until the job was completely finished. Contractor came back out to inspect the job when it was finished. I told them a couple of things that I wanted done and they did - right away. This contractor is extremely detail oriented and takes customer service seriously!

Well supervised and workers were very friendly and professional. Octopus paints for many of the neighbors in the area and do a great job.

They were knowledgeable and pleasant. The work was delayed a bit due to weather but that was understandable. The only glitch was that they forgot to do one side of the house (!) but when it was pointed out they quickly came back to do it.

Overall they did an excellent job. I received an estimate in a timely manner. They were easy to work with. Also they were accurate in their estimate.

This company does a lot of work for my builder, so he sent them. I received a quote, they started the work within about two weeks, they were always right on time (8 a.m.), were very polite and professional, and were easy to work with. Mark stopped by almost every day to check on the work, and to make sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to others.

They are reliable fair priced and their quality of work is very good. I will consider using them again in the future.

Overall the job was excellent. The skim-coating wasn't perfect. The most important things, the lines where the colors met, especially where the thin edges of the mouldings met the flat surfaces, were in fact perfect (or as close to it as I can tell). On one section of trim, in the most visible location, the new paint made the old paint buckle and bubble. Mark fixed this at no extra charge, which was more than his obligation. I needed excellence on this job and I got it. This is the third time I've used Octopus, and Mark's professionalism simply can't be overstated. He pays close attention to his projects, consults with me closely, is always easy to work with, and works hard to make each project go as smoothly as possible.

Two painters worked during two days to paint the wood trim around 16 windows, the roof line, vertical corners, fascia, and porch area of our two-story house. This was done in cooperation with a second contractor who had just installed roofing, windows, and siding. Two coats of paint were required to cover newly installed trim around the windows, when is was discovered that one coat was not enough. The painters were very good at adjusting their schedule to accommodate the removal of the gutters by the other contractor to expose the fascia for complete coverage. A few minor issues were resolved very quickly after inspection.

OCTOPUS SERVICES WAS $600 HIGHER THAN TWO OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED. WE HAD OCTOPUS PAINT OUR HOUSE EIGHT YEARS AGO AND LIKED THE QUALITY OF WORK BACK THEN. WHAT IS IMPRESSIVE ABOUT OCTOPUS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOTH TIMES WE HAD TO HAVE A FOLLOW UP CALL. NOT DUE TO LACK OF SKILL, BUT JUST BECAUSE ''THINGS HAPPEN''. THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED INSTANTLY. WE ARE AGAIN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, AND WE ARE GLAD WE PAID THE HIGHER PRICE. SOUNDS WEIRD IN A DAY WHERE BARGAINS ARE IMPORTANT. BUT, WE BELIEVE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN THE END.
