CARPENTERS ARE SUPERB. BE SURE EVERY DETAIL IS IN WRITING AND UNDERSTOOD BY BOTH PARTIES. DO NOT USE GALE''S HEATING/COOLING, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRIC FOR THE JOB. THEY ARE AS BAD AS MR. THOMAS. MR. THOMAS WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON COMPLAINTS WITH HIM. ALSO, DO NOT PAY COMPLETELY UP TO DATE UNTIL CONTRACT IS COMPLETELY DONE.
