Called them on Thursday morning and asked when they could come out. They said he could stop by around noon that same day, and he did. Time was extremely professional. He brough over pictures of different water wofteners so we had a lot of choices. He was very through about what it would take to maintain it as well. He also helped us with out water heater. He told us some places to find out where to get a reasonably priced one and that he would install it for us and would roll all our work together and very considerate of our income situation.
