I am less than a novice with all things electronic.  I am in awe at how much Keith knows about computers!  I have had other computer "experts" work on my computers, so I do have a comparison.  Keith is knowledgeable, prompt, and patient with someone who knows so little about computers..  So far, I haven't received a bill, but I will definitely use these men again when I have computer needs.

My laptop was infected by a virus. I called Eric on a Friday afternoon and by 5:30 p.m., he sent Keith to come pick it up at my house. Keith kept it until Sunday evening when he returned it. I am self-employed and us the computer for work, so I can't be without it during the week. When Keith returned it, he included a two-page documentation of the work, what viruses he found, etc. I plan on sending my home desktop computer to have it cleaned as well.
