He did a great job. He came from an hour and a half away so we appreciated him driving and then coming back when he thought it was necessary.

They were very professional. Their attention to details was spectacular. They made sure they answered all my questions. I was very pleased with them. I would recommend others to use them as they do a very good job and they are very thorough in following up. Their price was fair as well.

I got their name from the monthly Angie's List magazine. He was really great. He was very nice and accommodating. He answered all my questions. He was patient and respectful. He came when he said he would. He called when he was on his way and said he would be a few minutes late due to traffic. After he installed the new door, the part he did not repair was acting up. He drove all the way over on a Saturday and looked at it. He told us what needed to be done and returned on Monday to fix it. All of this was during inclement weather in the area. I would recommend him. He runs the company with his wife. We got an estimate from someone else and it was similar, although the price seemed a little high. But I think it was worth it.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE DID THE REPAIRS SO THE DOOR WOULD OPERATE LIKE NEW. THIS WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED, AS MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES WITH REPAIR COMPANIES HAVE OFTEN BEEN THAT THEY WON''T DO THEIR BEST WORK ON REPAIRS, IN THE HOPES THAT THEY CAN EVENTUALLY GET A SALE FROM THE SITUATION. I FOUND THE COMPANY''S REPRESENTATIVE TO BE VERY HONEST AND VERY THOROUGH.

GAVE AN ESTIMATE OF $145 TO REPAIR BOTH SPRINGS - WHEN HE GOT TO MY HOUSE HE LOWERED TO 105 AFTER HE SAW THE DOORS WERE DIFFERENT. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO OIL AND MAINTAIN THE DOOR ALSO HELPED OUT ON OTHER DOOR.
