"The agreement was that since the house was bigger, was to alternate the cleaning service visits between the lower level and the upper level of the house by cleaning each level on separate days because not all levels/rooms where being used often. On April 29, 2022, the second cleaning visit was supposed to clean only the upper level however, the client instructed to clean both levels on that day which we did. We went above and beyond, performed work that was supposed to be for two house cleaning service visits in one visit by staying an additional hour to complete and deliver superior service. While there cleaning, the client even said the house was looking very nice. When it came to making the payment, the client did not pay for additional hour we spent cleaning the house. We did not ask or charge the client to pay for additional work requested to perform because we have the duty to show courtesy to our client and we believe in giving back to our clients by accomplishing additional work requested. We believe that the review from the client would have been better for the services we provided."
