Terminix - Canton -Termite & Pest Control

Company showed up, treated a small area, the service did nothing to fix the problem, they refused to come back. My wife never signed a contract (we think they either forged a signature on a pad or had someone else sign “just to acknowledge service” on a pad without telling them it was a contract with my wife’s name on it, but it is clearly not her signature). They had her give a credit card over the phone so she gave mine. They have taken $110 a month despite our protests of no contact and no completed work and been completely unresponsive. I have notified them they do not have a contract with me or a right to charge my bank card and they won’t acknowledge. My impression is that this organization is a complete scam, they commit fraud routinely, don’t actually provide services, and will rob you blind if anyone in your family so much as talks to them on the phone-no valid contract required. All they do is lie.

They never showed up for the scheduled appointment timeframe. When we called, all that we got was an excuse that they accidentally scheduled us with an employee that was on vacation that day, and asking when we wanted to reschedule. My wife missed work waiting for the appointment. Unacceptable!

First off I want to say that the actual individuals that come to service my address have always been polite and do a good job. It is customer service that this company is severely lacking. I signed up for a quarterly service. Every four months they will come service inside and out. In November they came out without notice on a day I was not home. They cleared a web from my front porch light and left. Then proceeded to charge me $116.00 for the treatment I didn't receive. I called them back out refusing to pay until they treated my home. They came in January to reissue the service. It is now one month later and I'm somehow scheduled for a service. In calling to reschedule because it would obviously be a huge waste of time for them and money for me at this point for them to spray my home one month later, I was told that they refuse to move my date and I signed a contract. I politely explained I will gladly pay for the service when I'm actually due for it. I have children and pets so I would appreciate not having an unnecessary overload of chemicals. I then got offered half off. Great. So I'll pay $58.00 for unnecessary service. I don't understand how this company doesn't realize that happy customers return and customers forced into paying for a service they don't need (which was originally a fault of theirs as well) do not. I would not recommend this company unless you are ok with them showing up whenever they'd like and charging you without actually spraying your home.

It went fine. They come every month, spray stuff around the house and do what needs to be done. If a treatment is needed inside, they will come inside, but I have not needed them inside yet.

Our experience with them has been fine. We have not had any complaints. We live in the woods so we get a lot of carpenter ants so we appreciate the service. Their price is pretty accurate; it is pretty much median price in our area.   

The same gentleman comes out all the time. His name is Dale. He is very sweet and very good. He is easy to get along with. We laugh and talk. He is a really good guy. The service is wonderful. They kept check of everything. We get along good and he makes me smile. I will definitely continue to use them.

It always goes excellent! They use organic and environmentally safe sprays so I don't have to worry about my dogs getting sick. I pay them quarterly and they come out whenever you want. I always have the same gentleman come out, so I know I'm getting someone who does consistent work. They're so nice, and they explain every bit of the process. They're definitely worth it!

He is really good I don't see any spiders or anything. He is just a really good person. I have used other pest control companies and this one is the best.

We like the technician from Terminix that actually does the job but we hate their office. The price is competitive. The professionalism, quality, and punctuality are great. 

They sprayed all around the house during their last visit.  I would continue to use them again in the future.
