 + -1 moreWe worked with Paul Catlin and he was able to reduce to our existing mortgage down to 3.875%. The information he and his staff provided was quick, accurate, and made understanding the process easy. Loan was closed quickly and with minimal cash out of pocket. We were able to do almost everything (but the closing) electronically, and the closing was done at our house. We are very happy with the final outcome....

There were moments, being a first time home buyer, that I would get nervous about part of the process, and he was always there to reassure me all was going well, and he'd keep me posted about my loan process. Description of Work: Rodney Fonte from Signature Mortgage took my loan application, gave me a list of items he needed, once he got them, he processed my items and worked it all out on paper. Once that was done, he went over costs and percents, and made sure I was ok with everything before he sent it in to underwriting. He constantly kept me updated and was on top of things from beginning to end. He took over my loan, after the lender I started with made me feel like I was just getting strung along and nothing was getting accomplished in the alotted time we had. I should have went with Rodney from the very beginning, but I just went with who I was "given" by my realtor. After a long start with the first company, I got in contact with Rodney and he worked so very hard and diligently with me in helping me buy my first home. I am so very happy!! He is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend him, over and over.

Paul and his group show very much care and support for their clients. I have worked with Paul since 2000 when I built my home. Paul has saved me a tremendous amount of money over the years.

 + 0 moreRodney was excellent!!!! We originally had another lender trying to deal with out of state company who never returned our calls and was not clear on the mortgage insurance portion. Somehow called Signature Mortgage, Rodney talked to me without even being a client and gave his number was happy to look over any paperwork. Of course we went through them for our mortgage. We closed on time, they were able to get within 2 months and closed as scheduled. Was very on top of what we needed to show the underwriter and let us know right away if they needed more information. Very happy with this being our first home purchase, we got very lucky to find Signature Mortgage and Rodney, everything went smoothly!!

 + 0 moreBob and company at Signature Mortgage are amazing. They saved us thousands of dollars in closing costs and will save us even more as their rate was way lower than any of their competition, 4.375%!!! Bob is super responsive to emails and phone calls and works well with all the other parties involved with purchasing a new home (e.g. realtors, insurance companies, title companies, etc). I was a little skeptical about using an internet mortgage broker I found via Zillow, but I can't say enough great things about Signature Mortgage. I would recommend them without any question to anyone and everyone looking to purchase or refi a home!
Description of Work: Signature mortgage financed the purchase of our new home with a 30 year fixed mortgage at 4.375% with closing costs locked in at no more than $2995.
