Loan was closed quickly and with minimal cash out of pocket. We were able to do almost everything (but the closing) electronically, and the closing was done at our house. We are very happy with the final outcome....

It went down with no problems what so ever. Any inquires through title searches to credit cards was handled to a quick timely fashion. Paul and his group show very much care and support for their clients. I have worked with Paul since 2000 when I built my home.

Rodney was excellent!!!! We originally had another lender trying to deal with out of state company who never returned our calls and was not clear on the mortgage insurance portion. Somehow called Signature Mortgage, Rodney talked to me without even being a client and gave his number was happy to look over any paperwork. Of course we went through them for our mortgage. We closed on time, they were able to get within 2 months and closed as scheduled. Was very on top of what we needed to show the underwriter and let us know right away if they needed more information. Very happy with this being our first home purchase, we got very lucky to find Signature Mortgage and Rodney, everything went smoothly!!

Bob and company at Signature Mortgage are amazing. They saved us thousands of dollars in closing costs and will save us even more as their rate was way lower than any of their competition, 4.375%!!!

I was a little skeptical about using an internet mortgage broker I found via Zillow, but I can't say enough great things about Signature Mortgage. I would recommend them without any question to anyone and everyone looking to purchase or refi a home!
