Very profession. Installer was able to place system so exterior piping was inconspicuous. He also made sure everything was left spotless around the work area. Very punctual. Wonderful billing service and warranty. This installation was finished with an interior test to verify unit was working correctly.

Install was coordinated, cleanly. Radon level dropped appropriately on post-installation testing. After install, company is a ghost, though. Pump installed on an outside wall, which gives a loud “hum” in the adjacent room. Multiple phone calls, texts, and emails were attempted to get ahold of Dave over 3 months. One call was returned with a promise to come out and look, but nobody showed. Follow-up calls and emails have gone unanswered. Seems they are happy to do the install, but not provide any service outside of that.

Dave (owner/installer) was very detailed in providing a "tight" proposal. Work was done on schedule and on time, and at cost proposed. professional installation and clean up.
Description of Work: Ra clone reduction system performed diagnostic testing and installed active soil depressurization system. Post installation system checked.
