She arrived promptly and took care of everything quickly. She offered to come back if we had further problems but luckily we haven't.

Did a good job.  Haven't had any come back.

They come in the middle of the day when we are at work and they leave what they have found at each of the stations on the door. We didn't have to pay because it was included in the sale of our house. We are thinking about renewing.

They are environmentally conscious. I really appreciated the environmentally friendly. The lady who came was a character! She had a lot of good information and is very knowledgeable. This isn't someone was trained for 10 minutes, she has a degree.

The job that they did was great. They did a couple of things for me, so altogether it was $300. They did a good job with the service they were providing. They were personable. They did a good followup and they made phone calls. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I can’t say if it worked or not because it is too soon but she was very friendly and on time.

In the process of selling my home, the home inspector found bird debris in the attic. As part of my inspection contingency, I needed to clean up the bird mess. Michelle from Precision Pest Management came as a recommendation from my realtor. Michelle was responsive to me on the phone even though she is pretty busy. She showed up when expected and climbed into the attic to investigate the damage caused by the birds. She found the ingress points (unsealed ridge vent caps!) and said that she could plug the vent caps with copper mesh to stop their entry into the attic. She would have to come back on the weekend to do the clean up and apply the biocide. She left me my estimate and did not ask for any payment until the job was done. She came back on Saturday promptly and spent an hour picking up nesting debris as well as vacuuming out feathers and other bits. She applied the biocide on the insulation anywhere bird activity was found. I was very pleased with the work she did and the fact that she offers a one year warranty on the ridge vent work helped reassure me that all was good.
