Discovered a broken door spring, Friday afternoon, 1/12/18. Looked on Angies List for a contractor nearby Jackson Township. Made a call and Matt and a helper arrived the next morning (Saturday) to make the repair. Prompt, courteous and stayed with his verbal repair quote.

Pier One Door came out in November 2015 and replaced my garage door spring. In January 2017 I was spraying the spring with oil and I noticed that the garage door opener track was rubbing on the spring. My garage has a low ceiling so they had to move the opener when they first installed the spring. When I called them, they came out first thing the next morning and made it right. I know my garage door is on its way out and while discussing my options, they did not try and push a new door on me.
