We had several contractors come to our door this summer due to storm damage in May. We turned them all down until we met Kevin from Paramount. He was very professional. Upon meeting the other team member, Nina, we were impressed enough to go ahead with the repair. The company handled our insurance claim and all necessary paperwork-- we had to do very little. The staff and contractors were everything we could have hoped for. They worked with us in going above and beyond to address any concerns, questions, and preferences. The workers arrived promptly and did an excellent job, completing the entire tear off, venting, and new roof within eight hours. The clean up afterwards was also fantastic. Throughout the day, Kevin, Nina, and even the company owner himself, were on-site to insure the job was done right the first time. They offered flexibility in our payment options as well. We now have a beautiful, quality roof to show for their quality of product and service.

,damage due to unusual hail on July 1, 2012. the work went thru aug. , sept, Oct and Nov. they did a great job and were always pleasant to work with. very helpful. cost was covered by insurance company. they stayed within the budget and completed everything needed. the cleanup after each job was terrific. couldn't tell they had been here.
everyone we referred to them were also were happy with them and referred them to others.

They were very professional. There were four different people involved, the project manager, the vice president of operations, assistant director of operations and the vice president. Each one talked with us and assured us of their desire to do the best possible job. They worked along with our insurance company in a timely manner. They arrived exactly when they said they would, the crew worked non-stop until completion, cleaned up all materials and left our property neat and clean. They roof looks great and I would recomment them to my neighbors. As a result. 5 or 6 of our neighbors are having them do their roofs as well.
