Everything went great. Joe went above and beyond. He helped arrange everything with the realtor, seller, and septic inspector. He was honest, straight forward, and helped me with ways to save money. He did not try to upsell me on a pre-packaged deal like some other inspection companies. I like the way he did business and would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone. Joe really knows his stuff, made good observations and helpful suggestions. He noticed an issue with the hot water tank that would have been difficult to spot by someone not being thorough or paying very close attention. This helped me to negotiate additional money from the seller towards closing costs.

He was excellent. He drew up a detailed inspection report for us and gave us insight on problems that may arise. My husband is hard of hearing and he was the only inspector that would work with us through email as well. He was good to work with, flexible on price and I plan on working with him again.
