Poorly. Inspection of well was inadequate. Although flow rate was sub standard, flow rate was not measured only estimated and the estimate was  a very low estimate according to house inspector who looked at well later. Greg did not mention that well pump needed replaced nor the age of well. He just turned on all the faucets in the house and looked at how very little water was dripping from each faucet then estimated flow rate.
Poor inspection of septic. Watched him inspect septic. He took off cap on main septic tank and looked into it. I did not see him do a dye test on septic system on his 1 st or second visit although he insisted he did. Ist visit he failed to measre size or condition of leach field. last but not least he failed to see main sanitary pipe leading out of house was tilted so it would drain back into house. House inspector saw this as well as collapsing basement wall that septic pipe passed through. House inspector guessed that main septic pipe that runs from basement to septic tank was broken due to basement wall tilt toward inside of basement...cracked and not straight.
Greg gave that septic system a passing and safe grade and turned it into the county. I called county and complained. Don't know if they did anything about his report to them.
Although I paid the fee for greg's inspections, it seemed he was working for the Realtor/buyer ie he was only seeing things faverable to a sale.
This guy should not have a licence but he does. Buyers beware!!
