I walked in and was immediately greeted by who I believe is the owner. I explained the issue that I was having with pop-ups while trying to browse the web. He ran a quick diagnostics and told me that I had a virus or two. He informed me that it would take an hour or two depending on how badly infected and that it was a flat rate of $45. I left my information for him to reach me when it was finished. About an hour later he called and said that it was ready for pick-up. I went in and paid for the service and received my laptop back fully working without pop-ups. Now a few days later it's still going strong. He even put a free AntiVirus program on it.
