Miracle's Re-Bath

the paint separated on friday giving a mottled look. they returned within 2 business days sanded and repainted. tub looks good and is more solid .

It went well. They were punctual and they did a good job.

I took possession of the house on a Friday, the 11th. I turned the furnace up that same evening. When I went back out to the house Saturday morning I smelled something funny but I thought it was just that smell that a lot of old houses have when they have not been maintained well. The gas company came on Saturday afternoon to transfer the gas and read the meter which is in the basement. The gas rep said she smelled a strong gas smell, does a pressure test on the main line and tests for gas all through the main floor. She then calls in an emergency shutoff and tags my house as a hazard. So, the temp is dropping daily and now I have no heat. I went to a fireplace shop and they said they would come out and look at my fireplaces (two) and cap the lines so that I would be able to have the gas turned back on. He came out and looked around and said that he would give me an estimate and come back to cap the lines. I have not heard from him since. I called Blind & Son because they advertise a lot so I thought they must be decent. The guy showed up late. I was in the process of leaving because the emergency call in center rep said they do not work past nine on Sunday. He showed up after 9:30 pm. He soaped the lines. See my review on Blind & Son for why I called Miracle. Out of desperation I called my mom's plumber. He suggested Miracle. I called Miracle Wednesday morning, the 23rd. The girl asked me what time Thursday would be convenient. I said 10ish. She said he will be there between 10 and 12. Joe arrived promptly at 10am. He actually got to the house before me. Impressive. He soaped the lines, pressure tested, we had a discussion on the scope of the work to be done. He did the work, cleaned up. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Very courteous and forecoming. Upfront, did not sugarcoat anything which I much appreciate. My actual bill, includes the gold club card at $25 which gives me discounts on future work and purchased etc. He applied the gold card discount to my first purchase as well! My bill includes the service call. Miracle billed me one third of the Blind estimate. More importantly, Miracle is professional, courteous, and timely. Blind & Son is not any of these (see my review which I will be posting shortly). I have two full baths, one half bath, and one kitchen to replumb and Miracle will be getting all of my business. I highly recommend. I finally ended up with heat Thursday evening on March 24th.

Service involved initial service where possible, ordering parts, and installation. Our plumber was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. He kept area serviced very clean. I would absolutely use them again.

Leak appeared suddenly from hot water heater. Called Miracle at approximately 12:00 and plumber arrived at 1:30. It was apparent to both of us that the hot water heater had sprung an irreparable leak(the problem probably resulted from rust caused by a faulty installation from a different plumber seven years previously). A new heater was delivered and installed within the hour.

They got their work done. If you get the right crew to come in and do the work, they are very dependable. Sometimes you get those that are not always ready to work.

Job went very well. Timely - they showed up when they said they would. I was very satisfied with their completed work.

I needed this work done on my vacant house that I am now renting to someone. This work was needed in order to pass the local city code inspection. My wife let the plumber into the house who immediately went to work on the areas I had identified on a city supplied checklist of inspection failures (see work performed section of this form). The plumber did not verbally nor in writing provide me or my wife with an estimate, as they said they would. I arrived at the house 90 minutes after the plumber who was almost done already. When he presented me with the bill I was shocked but I paid it. My wife was shocked too later on when I told her the bill. We never got an estimate and didn't have a chance to shop around for another plumber. When I spoke to the general manager who promised, friend-to-friend that he would "satisfy" my complaint, I never heard from him again. The work they did was good but they refuse to provide a work/labor breakdown of the job. My wife and I won't use them again.
