Everything went very well. Their equipment left some stains on the carpet, but they sent someone out immediately to clean the carpet after I made them aware of the problem.

i called this company to ask questions about cost of a service call etc the lady gave me a different # to call because she didnt know the price of services and advised me that all of their services calls are handled by an independent company named accurate appliance. I was confused as to why i am calling one company to get the # of another in order to get appliances serviced....she got really nasty as why i was asking what their company role was in the process. I explained that im a property manager and wish to find a reliable source to use consistently out in that area and need to just understand how her company works and why she would be referring me to another company for service.She got nasty and hung up... Was i wrong to ask plenty of questions? isnt that how we become educated and informed consumers? and isnt it her job as costumer service to help answer all those questions? nasty nasty lady!
