Maid to Satisfy Cleaning Service

Horrible Customer service. I booked an appoint at approximately 3pm on a Wednesday for a Friday cleaning. Found out later that day that my husband had to have a root canal. I called them and canceled the appointment (first time I have ever canceled an appointment) and they demanded I pay a $50 cancellation fee. The reason was I didn't give them 72 hours notice. I didn t even book the appointment 72 hours out. Now I am getting harassing phone calls. The last one he was actually yelling at me threatening small claims court. He called me several cuss words, I was a shocked. I have never dealt with a company that treats people this way. Had he been nice I would have probably paid the $50 and went on (with another company) Sad that customer service has gotten this bad. Wish I had looked at reviews on other sites (or subscribed here) before letting this man near my home. I have had to call the garage contractor and have my garage codes reset. Also had to call the alarm company and have the security codes reset. I can honestly say I do know trust how far this man will go. As of the time I posted this I have gotten 9 emails and 5 phone calls (3 had blocked numbers) from the owner TODAY.

They were very professional, on time, and very nice. The girls that came were just wonderful. He was nice to work with as well.

Please do not hire this company under any circumstance - no matter what kind of deal you get.  The girls that are sent out are very nice but young and inexperienced.   The did not move s single rug to "clean" my hardwood floors, when mopping in the kitchen they did not even clean under the kitchen table.   Vacuuming staircases was just a quick swipe down the middle of each step.  Not a sinlge trash can in my home was emptied and not a single mirror cleaned (including bathroom mirrors!)
But what makes this company SO HORRIBLE is the owner Anthony.  He is a lair, a cheat and a bully.  He determined that it should take 4 hours to clean my house on his crew's most recent visit.  However, it took only 2 1/2 hrs ( maybe because so many tasks were overlooked).  He had the gaul to call me and tell me that it was my fault that that now his crew had nothing to do for 90 min because  my house took less time.  To be fair - I did tell the company when I scheduled that I had several rooms that had not even been used since the last cleaning and therefor would need very little work but he then scheduled his crew for the same length of time as the previous visit. 
After the crew left he called me proceeded to to bully me and finally told me he didn't want or need MY business!!  Didn't need or want my business???   Glad his company is doing SO well that he can afford to alienate and drop clients....

Have had 4 cleanings so far and plan to continue on a bi-weekly schedule.  They are prompt and thorough as well as easy to work with for scheduling, etc.

Service did a good job. Professional on time and reasonable price.

From start to finish it was always something.  They didn't vacuum the bathroom rug because it "wasn't on their list".  They forgot to clean the glass on the living room table.  They forgot to clean the kitchen sink. It just went on and on, and it was different women almost every time accompanied by a "supervisor?"   I called on Tuesday morning to cancel an appointment on Thursday and they called me back saying I would be charged $50. for canceling because it wasn't three days notice.  The woman told me to try to reschedule whatever it was to avoid the fee.  I told her it was a family emergency and that I could not reschedule and didn't they have a provision for that? I thought I had given them sufficient notice, but alas it is in their contract and they make no exceptions.   So I just told her to forget it, I had had enough.  They called back later saying they'd wave the fee, but I was too appalled by it all to want to continue  with this company.   Oh, and then they sent me a collection notice for the $50. cancelation penalty!  Honestly, I don't have time to pay over $100 a visit for a cleaning service that has these strange and offensive policies and needs a conversation to get a rug vacuumed.Don't make this mistake.
